For a 1990s-era steel sectional door, we carry torsion springs in the common shaft and drum sizes that fit standard single and double openings from that build period, along with galvanized lift cables, nylon rollers, and hinges to match. We stock opener parts that cover the chain-drive and screw-drive units that were typical equipment when these houses were framed - drive gears, sprockets, and safety sensor kits. What we don't carry on the truck is custom overlay panel stock or oversized track hardware for a non-standard door; if a Fairbanks Ranch job turns out to need one of those, we order it and come back rather than force a part that doesn't fit. That's a lead-time issue, not a service issue, but it's honest: we'd rather tell you that up front than improvise with the wrong spring.
